2. Description of Service

OptiCreator is an AI-powered platform for content creators that provides analytics, thumbnail analysis, title generation, clip extraction, content planning, and related tools. Some features require a paid subscription ("Pro Plan").

3. Account Registration

• You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
• You must be at least 13 years old to use OptiCreator.
• One person may not maintain more than one account.

4. Subscriptions and Payments

• The Pro Plan is billed monthly at the current listed price. Prices may change with 30 days' notice.
• Payments are processed securely through Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize recurring charges.
• You may cancel your subscription at any time. Access continues until the end of the current billing period.
• Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis at our discretion.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws.
• Upload content that is harmful, offensive, infringing, or violates the rights of others.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service.
• Use automated systems (bots, scrapers) to access the Service without permission.
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure.

6. Intellectual Property

• Your Content: You retain ownership of all content you upload to OptiCreator. By uploading, you grant us a limited license to process and analyze your content solely for the purpose of providing the Service.
• AI-Generated Output: Titles, ideas, clip suggestions, and other AI-generated content produced by OptiCreator are yours to use freely.
• Our Service: The OptiCreator platform, its design, code, and branding are owned by OptiCreator and protected by intellectual property laws.

7. Third-Party Services

OptiCreator integrates with third-party services (YouTube, Google, Stripe). Your use of these services is governed by their respective terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the practices of third-party services.

8. Disclaimers

• The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
• AI-generated suggestions (titles, ideas, analytics) are for informational purposes and do not guarantee specific results such as views, subscribers, or revenue.
• We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to the Service.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, OptiCreator and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, arising from your use of the Service.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms or for any other reason at our discretion. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. You may delete your account at any time from the Settings page.

11. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via the email associated with your account or by posting a notice on the Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
